Saturday Morning

Wisconsin @ #20 Michigan - 11:00 a.m. CT (FOX)

Why We’re Watching: Premium eval window for a blue-chip QB and a potential every-down RB versus a quality defense with speed. We’re watching Bryce Underwood’s passing ability and Justice Haynes beyond the explosive plays we know he can create.

Michigan Wolverines

Bryce Underwood — QB #19 — 6'4", 228 lbs (Fr)
2025 Stats: 58/102, 733 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT | 22 carries, 169 yards, 3 TD
Last Game (Nebraska): 12/22, 105 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT | 8 carries, 61 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: NFL-passer traits against a good defense—on-time throws, clean protection reads, and a turnover-free performance. We know he can make plays with his legs; let’s see him make plays with his arm.

Justice Haynes — RB — (So)
2025 Stats: 66 carries, 537 yards, 6 TD | 9 receptions, 29 yards
Last Game (Nebraska): 17 carries, 149 yards, 1 TD | 3 receptions, 12 yards
What We’re Watching For: We know he’s good for a big run every game, but I want to see him pick up big chunks consistently.

Saturday Afternoon

#16 Vanderbilt @ #10 Alabama — 2:30 p.m. CT (ABC)

Why We’re Watching: QBs with potential and plenty of skill players. For Alabama, we’re watching Ty Simpson throw to future NFLers Ryan Williams and Germie Bernard. On the other side, Diego Pavia and Eli Stowers vs a playoff contender level defense.

Vanderbilt Commodores

Diego Pavia — QB #2 — 6'0", 207 lbs (Sr)
2025 Stats: 94/126, 1,211 yards, 13 TD, 3 INT | 48 carries, 294 yards, 2 TD
Last Game (Utah State): 26/34, 321 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT | 9 carries, 79 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: Can he produce against a top defense? Can he make NFL level throws and decisions in this game and, at worst, keep Vanderbilt in this game? If he leads them to an upset, watch out.

Eli Stowers — TE
2025 Stats: 22 receptions, 301 yards, 2 TD
Last Game (Utah State): 6 receptions, 68 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: Real TE utility vs a top-10 defense. He’s a top-2 or 3 TE in the 2026 class - can he have a standout performance on a big stage?

Alabama Crimson Tide

Ty Simpson — QB #15 — 6'2", 208 lbs (Jr)
2025 Stats: 88/127, 1,138 yards, 11 TD, 0 INT | 21 carries, 57 yards, 2 TD
Last Game (#5 Georgia): 24/38, 276 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT | 4 carries, 12 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: He’s elevated his play every week and has not thrown an INT all season. I’ve been thinking he’s more of an NFL backup, but continued turnover-free play could elevate him in the NFL draft.

Ryan Williams — WR #2 — 6'0", 178 lbs (So)
2025 Stats: 15 receptions, 238 yards, 2 TD
Last Game (#5 Georgia): 5 receptions, 43 yards
What We’re Watching For: He was a little quiet against Georgis, so let’s have a big game against a ranked opponent.

Germie Bernard — WR #5 — 6'1", 204 lbs (Sr)
2025 Stats: 20 receptions, 310 yards, 4 TD | 7 carries, 25 yards, 1 TD
Last Game (#5 Georgia): 5 receptions, 35 yards, 1 TD | 5 carries, 20 yards
What We’re Watching For: One of my favoite WRs in the 2026 draft. Can he continue to be a reliable target for Bama?

Saturday Evening

#3 Miami @ #18 Florida State — 6:30 p.m. CT (ABC)

Why We’re Watching: Blue-chip skill on both sidelines with QBs ready to answer questions. We’re watching Carson Beck to continue to deliver explosive plays and Tommy Castellanos for turnover-free play. What does Duce Robinson’s role look like in this ranked matchup?

Miami Hurricanes

Carson Beck — QB #11 — 6'4", 220 lbs (Sr)
2025 Stats: 82/112, 972 yards, 7 TD, 3 INT | 10 carries, 19 yards, 1 TD
Last Game (Florida): 17/30, 160 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT
What We’re Watching For: Bounce-back vs a ranked defense: Can he make NFL-level throws and keep the chains moving while delivering a few explosive plays?

Mark Fletcher Jr — RB #4 — 6'2", 225 lbs (Jr)
2025 Stats: 66 carries, 388 yards, 5 TD | 4 receptions, 45 yards
Last Game (Florida): 24 carries, 116 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: Can he be more than a power back? How does his long speed look and can that translate to the next level? Is he utilized in the passing game?

Malachi Toney — WR #10 — 5'11" (Fr)
2025 Stats: 22 receptions, 268 yards, 1 TD
Last Game (Florida): 4 receptions, 40 yards
What We’re Watching For: Continued growth for this freshman. Will he have a bigger role this week than he did against Florida?

Florida State Seminoles

Tommy Castellanos — QB #1 — 5'11", 201 lbs (Sr)
2025 Stats: 45/70, 848 yards, 4 TD, 3 INT | 41 carries, 217 yards, 4 TD
Last Game (Virginia): 18/32, 254 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT | 14 carries, 78 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: Let’s see Castellanos play turnover-free football. We know he can make big plays with his legs - I want to see what he can do with his arm.

Duce Robinson — WR/TE #0 — 6'6", 222 lbs (Jr)
2025 Stats: 17 receptions, 246 yards, 3 TD
Last Game (Virginia): 9 receptions, 147 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: This guy is a mismatch - too fast for LBs, too big for DBs. Can he have a big game against a ranked opponent? If so, his stock will continue to rise.

Saturday After Dark

Duke @ California — 9:30 p.m. CT (ESPN)

Why We’re Watching: Future QB showcase with legitimate pass-catchers. We’re watching Darian Mensah for Duke and Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele for Cal. Cooper Barkate and Mason Mini bring real pass-game ability - who will make the big play in this one?

Duke Blue Devils

Cooper Barkate — WR #18 — 6'1", 195 lbs (Sr)
2025 Stats: 21 receptions, 409 yards, 3 TD
Last Game (Syracuse): 4 receptions, 72 yards, 2 TD
What We’re Watching For: Can he continue to be a reliable WR in this offense and can he make the big play with the game on the line?

California Golden Bears

Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele — QB #3 — 6'3", 225 lbs (Fr)
2025 Stats: 110/178, 1,242 yards, 8 TD, 4 INT | 19 carries, 21 yards, 1 TD
Last Game (BC): 22/34, 254 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT
What We’re Watching For: Freshman with the size to be an NFL QB in the future. Let’s see him play turnover-free football and make plays when it counts.

Mason Mini — TE #85 — 6'4", 240 lbs (So)
2025 Stats: 23 receptions, 223 yards, 3 TD
Last Game (BC): 4 receptions, 70 yards, 1 TD
What We’re Watching For: May not be on NFL radars at the moment, but he’s been a big part of this offense early in the season. Will that continue and can he grow into an NFL/dynasty prospect over the next two years?
